Rick Edgren
has been President of Central Florida Building Inspectors, Inc., since 1981. He
has been a licensed General Building Contractor (GC-365811) since 1978, a licensed Building Inspector (BI-6421) since 1981
and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker (BK –0527716) since 1990. He owns
a state licensed Radon Business (RB-1335) and is a state licensed Radon Technician (R-1240).
Mr. Edgren is state certified for air conditioning repairs (Certification #3263654341253) a state licensed Termite
Inspector (JE114209) and a Certified Mold Inspector.

JT Edgren has been performing home & termite inspections
for over 8 years and has performed approx. 4,000 residential and commercial inspections. He is a state licensed termite
inspector (JE97516), a Registered Professional Inspector (RPI-0698) and a member of the Florida Association
of Building Inspectors (F.A.B.I.) and is certified for mold assesment & mold testing. He is also a member
of the Indoor Air Quality Association.
