 (Ask the cheaper home inspectors if they have these tools)

The cost of a residential home inspection is figured by the heated square footage and a few other factors. This normally places a residential inspection between $200 to $350. This is a relatively small number when factoring the size of your investment (home inspection = less than 0.1%-0.2% of puchase price). The investment in a quality home inspection will pay dividends in the long run. So, why settle for an inspector that is a few dollars less?
